Okay so I have to vent, Anyone else has the fear to stare at someone inappropriately like in their private area and have intrusive thoughts about it? Beacuse I’ve struggled for this for a while and I just stared 2 times by accident I feel like it was or it was just an impulsive behavior but what if I did do it on purpose am I okay? I feel like screaming I don’t know why I did it and I don’t want to do it, but what if I do oh my gosh please someone tell me am not the only one

You’re not. Sometimes my eyes wander and I do look down there. I always get super embarrassed and have the thought that everyone in the whole room saw me. I always look back up very quick, but it still bothers me too. I look around the room and it doesn’t seem like anybody noticed though. If you’re worried about sexual intrusive thoughts, just remember that theses OCD related thoughts do not represent your actual intentions. Your OCD and your real wants are different, but sometimes it can become confusing to tell which is which. Just remember that any of this behavior isn’t really you.
