Does anyone have false memories that feel so real and like you’re trying to convince yourself out of them? I don’t know how to move on with my life, because if that were true I would’ve ruined my life/ someone else’s life.

yes it scares me to death. currently going through this. 

Yes I’m going through this right now I’m scared to death that I did something bad to someone 

Years ago i was convinced i was responsible for a girl’s suicide. 

All because of a petty internet argument.

It ruined an entire Christmas 🎅
