Be compassionate with yourself, remembering that you are not your thoughts, you are simply someone who has those types of thoughts. Just look at them, sit with the uncertainty if they are true or not, and not engage in the compulsions that only diminish for a while the distress, but do not help at all in the long run. Keep working, do your ERP, and be compassionate with yourself, not identifying yourself with the obsessions.
