Schizophrenia OCD?

Hello everyone! I'm new here. I have recently been struggling with the fear of schizophrenia/psychosis and was wondering if any of you have ever experienced that. Ive been having some visual distortions, DP/DR, and every little noise has me questioning what I heard, I keep thinking I'm hearing things, but if I focus on it, there's nothing. I've worked in mental health, so I know some of the thoughts and ideations schizophrenics have, and they come into my head from time to time. ( i register they are just scary thoughts, not true beliefs) I spoke to my psychiatrist several times and she assured me that there is next to no chance of me having that. No family history, drug abuse, etc. But for some reason my mind can't grasp that. It's been scaring the pants off of me! Debilitation and losing control of my life are my biggest fears, so I think that's just further fueling this.
