Why is it so much worse in the mornings?
When I wake up, my anxiety and OCD is so horrendous. Through the morning I can't eat or do anything. I'm so scared and it feels so real. Then after a few hours I can calm down a bit and it comes and goes in waves. But the morning is inevitably so difficult. Why is this?
