Wisdom teeth

I’m getting my wisdom teeth removed soon and I’m terrified I’ll blurt out any of my intrusive thoughts and people will think I’m weird or horrible or someone that I’m not. It makes it worse that my mom is very keen on recording me to post on Facebook when I’ve told her no several times. I told her I am not comfortable with her recording me and putting me on the internet when I don’t even know what’s going on. It’s causing me a lot of anxiety. Plus it’s the first time I’ll go under general anesthesia and I’m nervous.

I just had surgery twice this year and was worried about the same thing. I actually ended up just waking up and being alert. Yeah I felt loopy but I was aware of my surroundings. You won't say anything horrible, you'll probably just feel groggy.

So funny enough I was so worried about what I was going to say that while I was out of it I just kept asking my mom what I was saying and what I was doing over and over😂 I think I sang YMCA a couple times too lol

I had the exact same feat when I got my wisdom teeth out. To be honest with how loopy and out of it I was from the drugs I was just enjoying the ride I didn’t have any anxiety going on, I barely knew what was going on haha. You’ll be fine

Talk about irony...I JUST had all my wisdom teeth taken out last week and had the same fear you had. Trust me you'll be fine. You'll be out like a light and when you wake up, you won't eb be to speak because of al the gauze in your mouth 😉. Plus, i think it will be the last thin on your mind.
