My hierarchy is my true North for this. If it’s something that has to do with one of my standard triggers, it’s a safe bet it’s OCD. But I 100% relate to feeling like I don’t know what’s a real concern and what isn’t. The most important thing is to try not to dwell on it for too long and let it consume you.
Feel this same way. It’s so hard with health anxiety for me especially. You read stories telling you not to ignore x. But when you have OCD you hyper fixate on everything
