Something helped but it doesnt feel like ocd
I read something on the internet about how to react to thoughts, to see it as not your actual mind sending this to you , but more like an illness or disorder. So you can see the difference as i do, but the problem was that this advice was for suicidal people and it worked for my harm thoughts too. And now that im detached from it, i still doesnt see it as an ocd thought, cause there wasnt compulsion,and the thoughts wasnt "what if" thoughts, more like my mind was trying to convince me to hurt people or myself. So the detaching method worked but i feel that i got misdiagnosed, and this isnt ocd.
