i read something that by making yourself think about things that cause you distress, you can actually build a ‘tolerance’ for the thiyghts
The thing is, at that time I wasn't doing that it's actually that I finished solving up a new theme then got so weird that my head was empty so I thought about this instead of having another new horrible thought. So that atleast Ik this thought is unreasonable but now I'm freaking out because I asked for it, didn't just pop up.
the thing about ocd is that you can’t find an explanation for anything that happens in your mind. some days i feel beautiful and feminine, but feel like i’m supposed to be gay. other days it’s like i wasn’t meant to a woman at all. you can’t try to figure out anything, you just have to let your self feel the distress so you can get stronger
