That’s definitely ocd just pulling your leg. Whenever it tries to bother you, just take a deep breath, accept the thought, and let it go. It will get easier from there. I guarantee that nothing bad is going to happen to you. You are kind, smart, independent, wonderful, and you deserve good things to happen to you! I get the same thing but a little differrrnt… I’m scared to be happy when something could ruin it, is that ocd or anxiety?
Your ocd always tries to convince you that something’s wrong. Try to take a deep breath, let ocd say whatever it needs to say, then just let it go. It likes to feed on everything that can you upset, but once it sees that it can’t make you upset, it gives up. You can get through this!
