It’s very hard. Ocd will make everything seem hard and scary. But I know you’re strong and you can get through anything! I’m proud of you for trying to put up with your ocd and I truly believe that you can overcome it! Try to not deny your thoughts all the time. Because that just encourages you to anylze your thoughts more and that’ll do you no good. you must accept the thoughts as they come and go and you’ll see that they’ll start to not really bother you anymore. I know that you’re strong, brave, amazing, and kind! You can get through anything and I support you 110 percent!
