No, confessing to my partner of my intrusive thoughts in order to reassure me he isnt going anywhere despite them.
What about something like Journaling? Do you think that could help? Writing it out on paper and letting it live there instead of in your head.
Not really because i have childhood trauma surrounding writing my confessions down. My parents used to keep my written confessions in a box in their closet. So i dont think that would benefit me just yet until i work thru the trauma of writing down my feelings
