Yeah I feel that, lost interest in things I loved, almost got to just force yourself to do it. Worries me about starting work, I wanna be focused and work but OCD may hinder that. I do find doing the 15min call with a therapist can help with venting an they give some good advice.
Fighting the thoughts only makes them stronger and your OCD worse. ERP really helps. Get a therapist that understands OCD and specializes in ERP.

I’ve had very similar experiences, I just started writing music and my brain keeps telling me I’m not good enough for it or trying to suppress the my ideas for music. I haven’t found a way around but I’m just going to continue writing and see what happens
im sure your music is great, dont let ocd ruin it for you! keep making it and im sure ocd will find something else to attack other than this
You have to continue to do the things you enjoy and continue on with your daily routine as if everything were normal (because it ultimately is). It only makes things worse if we avoid people and items. When you do that, you’re signaling to your brain that you’re scared and it’s reprogramming it into being fearful, and therefore give you MORE intrusive thoughts.
im gonna try doing that. im scared im in too deep at this point tho
same with the music!! i used to looooove all the types, but now i don't like anymore (??) it's strange in certain way
