Is checking my heartbeats if they are fast or not A compulsion for hocd?

i think it could be! i have rocd and i typically do that when i’m around my partner so it’s possible you could be doing that when you’re around women or men.. but then again i’m not sure what the context is <:]

Like I look at attractive pics of men and i check if I have anxiety or no. So when the heartbeat is kinda fast, I assume it to be anxiety. Is it a compulsion. I'm straight
