What’s different about these thoughts that don’t seem intrusive to you?
I still get thoughts on a degree and they still bug me. Like him leaving me or him not loving me anymore. Those have bothered me a lot but when they don’t appear I deal with the feelings…. 😞
I know I don’t seem to make sense but I am panicking with very bad cramps right now…
Gal let me tell you one thing about my rocd, IT ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS gets worse during my PMS!! You are not alone and this time ESPECIALLY you have to realise that your rocd WILL BE WORSE 100% no doubt about it. Your ROCD is heightened due to pms. Idk about you but my pms usually starts about 10 dats before my period so I literally have 10 days I have to be extrenely careful because it seems that every single month me and my bf argue due to it.
Track how you are after your period or during, I can bet that your rocd will feel less intense. I always feel a relief once my period has came because I no longer feel as insecure due to the pms
But… before it was almost the same… 😢
What makes it worse is acting on compulsions, it’s guaranteed
