I’m about to meet my therapist on Tuesday and start therapy. I’m nervous and have anxiety about it. I’m nervous about sharing my ocd intrusive thoughts, I’m nervous they’ll never go away, I’m nervous I won’t ever feel like “me” again. This was all triggered after having kids. Just looking for some positive words as I start this journey.
