Hey don’t beat yourself up on this, just try slowly to get back on the horse. If you can try exposures that are lower and work your way up to the harder ones.
I’m just so scared to start, I’m worried it’ll make my ocd bad again :(
@Melodyocd I completely understand, if it’s easier try delaying your compulsions instead and work your way up to erp.

You got this friend! It’s ok to have a slip up. Just pick up where you left off. And if you didn’t get too far off track ERP probably won’t be as bad this time. But maybe keep up with it this time so you brain stays habituated. That’s what I learned from my most recent relapse. But I wouldn’t even necessarily call yours a relapse if it’s not full blown.
It’s deffo not full blown, just slipping back into a few compulsions and thought maybe I should get back into erp haha, but I’m very scared :S but I’ll deffo take your advice, thank you!! Hope you’re doing well :)
