Hey everyone ! So, i would like to make myself a toolkit that i can carry around and use in case i have an ocd attack. Does anyone have ideas of what i could put in it?

I’d recommend a little notepad! Seizing the moment as an exposure to write out your fears by hand has been difficult in the moment, but helpful in the long term for me!

If you end up having panic, I would add a few pieces of sour candy! It’ll help reorient your system.
