Is anyone only diagnosed with OCD tendencies + other disorders Rather than OCD itself?

I'll find out soon. I'm not sure yet.

Hi Leavely, I have been diagnosed with both OCD and ADHD, which tendencies are caused by which one (or the anxiety and depression) is hard to pin down, but regardless of the cause I believe the ERP treatment is still the same for OCD tendencies. My nephew has ADHD, but also exhibits OCD tendencies (very prevalent in my family) and he uses ERP to manage his tendencies.
