Yes, I believe if you are looking for OCD support groups NOCD offers these! Or you could reach research online or even context NOCD and see what they suggest outside of their offered services if possible. You got this! It’s awesome that you want to join a group and help yourself.

Reddit health anxiety exist but I dont know if I like it too much, hasnt really helped me at all

Yes I’ve seen that one but it appears to be more reassurance seeking than anything… Even on this page for sos I see contamination but not health anxiety…..
