What do u mean by not caring? Do u mean ingorning it? Can it over come real event and flase memories ocd? Please I am begging u 😭🙏 I dont wanna live like this anymore.

Mhm, not giving it the attention it craves for and leaving it alone . I don't have much experience with those themes but it seems like it can.
