Sorry for such late response - ok so I noticed how u put out different options per meal and I see 5 meals . I typically have least 2-3 meals a day counting breakfast so would that be fine ? As well as working out just after all meals ? Let’s say I have breakfast morning lunch in afternoon and dinner late afternoon and then head to the gym is that good enough to conceive calories I need and burn what I have to ? And repeat . I also was wondering if I should meal prep these meals. I don’t eat a lot tbhh but I’m willing to still eat what I have to in ofer to meet my goals. As for water consumption- should I drink according to what my weight is ?

@Issac11 Thank u! Okay so if I’m aiming for cardio would that be more Efficient to burning fat /calories ? I wanna do cardio first then weight lifting . I prolly won’t get into weight lifting until I’ve reached my goal of losing 15-20 pounds . But yeah thanks for your input really appreciate it and will take note on this .

That was just about the diet part however ; I was also wondering how I should manage my time at the gym and what diffenr exercises to do in order to try burn off 4-6 pound a month. I realize this may be too much to ask sorry. I honestly never been to gym since before Covid hit .

I know this isn’t directly ocd related but I feel like it’s got to be a shared experience between a lot of us. When I ask in fitness groups no one seems to have anything to offer. Anywhooo I started celexa in October I believe? In January I started going hard in the gym and tracking my macros to a tee. In the past I have done this and got really fit and muscular. This time around the progress has been going at a snails pace. I almost feel like progress has even haulted and hasn’t even been that long. Anyway I really think I have a good amount of knowledge on this stuff and mostly want to know if anyone has had this experience after taking celexa? I can’t think of another factor that it could be. I would almost like to get off of it because of it. I hate to sound vain but with the extra weight I feel depressed and uncomfortable. I’m putting in soooo much work and seeing the results but like I said it’s going ridiculously slow. Any advice for this kind of thing? Thank you :)

I’m trying to get in with therapy right now, but I’m most concerned on having issues with not eating. Intrusive thoughts and anxiety make me nauseous and distracted from eating. It took me an hour last night to eat instant ramen. Does anyone know what I could do about this? I’m only eating around 1 meal a day and I’m afraid of how this could affect me medically.

So, I weight 67kg and I am trying to lose weight, but I can't do a diet cuz If I go too long without eating I almost pass out of anxiety, I have a traumatic response due to not eating and then staying in bed and having to do treatments to be able to eat again. I eat a lot of rice and nowdays I am eating much less, cuz before I used to eat ALL the time, and I mean it. I am having problems leaving my house due to my anxiety and I am only able to go out for small walks or a grocery store nearby, months ago I was still in this state, but I was able to really go out, now I can't, cuz at some point I start to automatically have anxious responses and I feel bad. That being said, I am dealing with physical limitations, I can't exercise for more than 10 minutes, and can't go to a gym. I am trying to eat less, and less but I am losing hope that I will never get better and will turn into a fat slob. How can I improve?
