As I was meditating today, I had an intrusive HarmOCD thought, and decided to “look” at the thought for another moment, like give it real consideration. The realization I came to was that in the grand scheme of things, this intrusive thought is MEANINGLESS. And that helped me let go of the thought. Im still having other Pure O thoughts throughout the day, but its helping to remind myself that these thoughts are MEANINGLESS. I hope this helps someone today!
Wow! That is great. That is exactly what you need to be doing. Great job and keep it up. I'm proud of you. I have Harm OCD too.
