Which app do you recommend? I've never really understood this, it sounds like it would make me think more, but I'm willing to give it a go!
I use one called brain buddy, which is meant to stop addicfive habits like porn, but it has all the features i mentioned. Im sure there are many others but id advise looking for one that makes u log on everyday and track!
I was practicing mindfulness for a little bit and then I just started to relax and just kind of take in just the sensations and sounds around me and I just felt good. I almost wanted to cry.
Having a bit of an interesting time lately, feeling like I am on a roller coaster because every day has been a bit different. Yesterday was a pretty good day, my anxiety was low and intrusive thoughts were easier to work past. What I noticed was although anxiety was low, I still felt overwhelmed by thoughts sporadically throughout the evening. This morning I had some intense feelings after waking up, but find myself almost in the same place again. Any tips or tricks that have worked for you on managing through thoughts with low anxiety?
I’m finding this a great app. Is there any recommendation for how often it should be visited? Like not asking for a specific amount of time or whatever, I just find that maybe I shouldn’t always be reading stuff on the topic? Anyone have a balance they recommend?
