Which app do you recommend? I've never really understood this, it sounds like it would make me think more, but I'm willing to give it a go!
I use one called brain buddy, which is meant to stop addicfive habits like porn, but it has all the features i mentioned. Im sure there are many others but id advise looking for one that makes u log on everyday and track!
New to this app. Do members find it helps, I'm worried I will start obsessing over things I hadn't thought about before when I read other people's OCD triggers...
What's a piece of advice you give when someone has constantly intrusive thoughts and ruminations that won't stop? Interested to see what you tell others.....more on this when I see some replies!!!
I’m finding this a great app. Is there any recommendation for how often it should be visited? Like not asking for a specific amount of time or whatever, I just find that maybe I shouldn’t always be reading stuff on the topic? Anyone have a balance they recommend?
