Hi everyone! This is a very specific question, but it’s been bothering me for a while. Fundamentally, I have a big problem with productivity, and OCD doesn’t help. Basically, I have real event OCD, and a big fear of going to jail. I am a student in university, and whenever I think about my future or even graduating, I have thoughts like “I’ll go to jail anyway, what’s the point?”.
So, my question is, how do you go about your day without thinking about the whole “this is useless thing”? How do I get over the bad things that I’ve done many years ago, and accept the fact that I could go to jail?
