Any one ever get ocd that’s like a physical sensation like have to wipe off arm or leg feels like something touched you and you have to wipe that off lovely ocd

I obsess constantly about my hands being dirty and feel like I can actually see the germs and bacteria crawling all over my hands if I can’t wash them as soon as I touch something. It’s really embarrassing since people in my life have noticed this “weird” behavior but it’s a huge problem for me and I don’t know how to make the obsessive thoughts stop.

I woke up this morning feeling like all weird, I went on Google to look at escape rooms and my ocd of corse kept saying there’s kids there and I felt groinal responses and actually stopped on the post that I thought was a child to look at them and feel aroused. My heart sank and now I need to wash my whole body and myself please can ocd do this

Does it happen to you that when a person is specific in your ocd thoughts (my sister is my sister), that everything about her is a trigger for you when you see her? And the way he moves, talks, eyes, you suddenly sexualize everything, or is it just me? it really bothers me, because I constantly feel my groin, so I wonder if it's really OCD, or if it's something in me...
