Ikr!! That happens to me like every day 🙄 @perfectlynotperfect I work on it by filling my mind with what I’m doing so there’s no room for OCD. Not that that’s easy, and not that the thoughts won’t still come because they will. But once you get engaged in a task, the thought will seem a lot less intense the next time it pops up. A lot of the time I worry that the thought means there’s some question I need to answer, and I can’t go back to what I’m doing until I answer it. But that’s bullshit cause OCD thoughts never really go away. If there really is a problem you need to figure out, the solution will float to the front of your mind when you least expect it. You won’t find it by digging through the depths of your brain
