Every day living is a win against OCD! Don’t let up, it’s gonna hurt like hell, but we’ll come out of this stronger than ever! Practice your uncertainty, welcome those nasty thoughts, no matter how horrible or taboo, look at them straight up and laugh! This is not our reality, we choose our own paths! Life was never meant to be serious! There’s no such thing as a serious sunrise, serious tree, or serious bird! Laugh and love, learn to forgive yourself, it’s beautiful once you come out on the other side for once!

more advice for sexual/pocd sufferers I read somewhere that if you hyperfocus too much on your body's reactions to intrusive thoughts, you're unwillingly just making it intensify the sensations. Your body, after enduring severe anxiety and stress from sexual obsessions, will now just react to anything sexual that comes into your mind, whether forced or randomly. It can happen in any way. OCD makes anything possible, and is driven by fear. Knowing this I realized, it doesnt matter at this point, and to let it happen. And you guys should too. Remember what your real values and desires are. It can feel as real as it gets, but it is still not you.

Hey, I have been dealing with ocd for a while now and it has gotten to the point where every little decision could impact my whole life or something bad could happen. For example, ordering a coffee. If I pick 1st option on the menu, "you'll be a murder, evil, murdered." 2nd I would be okay. 3rd, " You'll be a pe*o, priest so you can't get married." (Not even catholic btw. Used to have obsession over it) It's tied to numbers and decisions. To the point it affects anything I do. It is tiring.
