I’ve gone on a few social media breaks and it always the best feeling ever. Def have contemplated leaving again but I’ve been blogging and creating which I enjoy. Have you gone through something similar? If you feel comfortable sharing 🙏🏼

I deleted most of my socials in 2020 best decision ever. I only just recently this year got tik tok.

@Itsanina I actually do really well with tik tok! I follow a few therapist that show OCD and anxiety tik told which I enjoy. It’s not the same as instagram,FB, etc. I find it relaxing to jump on tik tok at the end of a hard day and laugh for a little.

Social media is very unnatural, people read messages quickly when busy, one sided convos, etc - u can try to accept that social media is odd and see if that helps
