Nobody will ever understand what we are going through. I am so glad for this app and that we can support each other.

I'm sick of suffering too. I constantly worry what people think of me. What's the worst possible things people can think of me and it can all go to hell. I know I'm not a bad person. The only think that wipes out my ocd is alcohol until the next day. And @RedArrow I feel that

I know alcohol helps but try to avoid it as its not the right way to cure. I personal feel better when I travel. I am less worried and I feel more organized

I understand what you mean about working I recently went self employed which in ways has helped because if I really have a bad day I can just re arrange some work but I know what you mean the thoughts of anxiety etc about going to work can he awful and then people just think we can’t be bothered or that we are lazy but that’s definitely not the case.

I’ve only had one job in my life so far I’m in my 20’s and ocd has taken so much time away from me that I have decided enough is enough I’m taking the power back because I deserve a happy life we all do, ocd grows when you do compulsions so please don’t give in to the fear! Ocd just wants us to fall back to the trap, we’re all stronger than ocd, we deserve to be free. Sending you love and strength! ?

I rarely drink, but when I do it is heavenly to feel relaxed with my own thoughts. It is nice to travel and leave everything behind, but I'm broke at the moment.
