I'm extremely overwhelmed cause I don't know where to start my studies for my science exam Tomorrow. It's all so hard and I got a lot to study and there's also so much math in the sciene and I'm so bad at math... I'm so so tired. So tired. Idk what to do anymore
Hey, it's all going to be ok. I know the feeling of having way to many things on your plate, but I've also learned that you have to start somewhere... I'll give you small example of what I've struggled with in the past: I'm a perfectionist as well as an all or nothing kinda person, so when my room gets overwhelming messy I tell myself that I need to get everything done right now. But that of course doesn't work because I'm incapable of that, so my therapist gave me a tip, she told me to pick one area in my room and work on cleaning that first... And guess what? The more areas I cleaned the more motivated I got. xD So I know that you must have a lot of pressure on you right now, especially since you're exam is tomorrow, but you've just got to start somewhere Anna, and if you can't get all of it done, I promise you it will still be ok. Just do your best, I believe you have more capability in you then you think. <3

YESS I'm gonna try my best. Yes I gotta start, anywhere. Cause give up. I did started and getting overwhelmed but I'm gonna try my best. I seriously needed to hear this so much. @I'm Anna! 🦊 Aw, yes things are going well. The reason I was saying that life has been crazy was because, same thing here school has been stressful, and there are just a few other personal things happnin. But it's all good, and life doesn't come without it's struggles.
Progress not perfection! Do the best you can do. I would suggest breaking up the study material in manageable chunks. Looking at everything at once can feel overwhelming. I often will put my phone on a timer, focus on certain sections until the timer goes off, take a break, and then return. Good luck!

I know that hope will come when I find the right treatment, but I’m just feeling so down and frustrated right now. I can’t keep living like this and I’m worried I’m going to lose all the people I care about if I keep constantly asking for reassurance. Academics has always been so important to me and I’m probably going to fail my law school midterm tomorrow from how little I’ve studied due to obsessing and ruminating all day instead of studying. I’m truly so sad.
so I feel like I’m finally having an academic comeback after years of failing & I’m currently looking at pinterest for that motivation. there are videos that are helpful tools for college students like websites that read chapter books and summarize/create notes & it seems pretty cool. but I somehow deny using those tools bc it feels like I’m cheating. my mind is like, “no, you will study the TRADITIONAL way (which idek what it rlly is)” I don’t know why my brain is doing this to me. I feel like these apps could be beneficial to my learning. what’s ironic is that I literally googled all my assignment answers for one class at the last minute to get some grades in. this is a retake class but because I was so behind on everything, I just looked up the answers. so that really does count as cheating. like bruh 😭 I did it to save myself from a bad class grade. I’m definitely going to study the rest of this semester. I have officially began taking notes and actually doing schoolwork. someone help me!!! these videos look like great resources but my mind is telling me otherwise. another thing is that I’m still lost on what to major in. I keep changing career choices and my head’s gonna explode. there are so many things I wanna say but I don’t want the post to be long. I just want to get good grades and understand the material!!! someone help me >n<
