Anyone out there who is suffering from OCD and is eleven, and has contamination OCD? I want to talk to someone my age who understands what I’m going through!
The fear that I’m going to throw up. And minor fears of catching a cold. And I have perfectionism and somatic. What are your interests/hobbys?
Hey! I just want to say as a former 11 year old many years ago, I too had severe OCD and today I am living my best life and have become so much more free from OCD. Just hoping to give some hope as I know how difficult OCD can be, especially when you're so young. Just know that it will not always feel this way- it can get better. If you're able, see a ERP/OCD specialist and get treatment early. You got this!

I like to paint, draw,( although my drawing are terrible) listening to music, crafting, sewing doll clothes and costumes, and playing on my Nintendo switch. What’s your fave: Color? Animal? Food? Tv show?
That's cool! My favorite color is Seafoam Green. My favorite animal is a monkey. My favorite food is Mexican food. My favorite tv show is probably Fuller House. What about you? What do you like to draw? Do you have any original characters? What kind of music do you listen to?
@*Marisa* My faves are: Greens and blues for colors Cats and owls for animals My fave food is Chinese food My fave tv show is Spirt: riding free and Spirit: riding academy. I like to draw people from their heads to about a quarter of their torso. I not the greatest drawer, but I try. I have this make believe game where I am a superhero called Ultra, who has all the powers in the world, and I drew the characters for them. I love electronic music, and Shakira, Megan Trainor, and La Roux. You know it’s really nice to have someone my age to talk to that has OCD, and understands. I have two best friends who don’t have OCD and don’t really understand.

Hello, i have very severe contamination ocd, and as i am writing this i feel my hands are dirty lol, but anyways i wanted to know if there’s anyone specialised in Contamination ocd? No matter what type because i really need help and i looked up things but it doesn’t help please!!
Is there a therapist or a specialist on here that I can briefly chat with? Or maybe an OCD conqueror who’s very familiar with the disorder? I need an experienced person to talk to me so bad. I just really wanna talk to somebody about what I’m going through so that I feel less alone, and so I can maybe get help managing my symptoms. Thank you in advance ♥️
