Delusions ?

I've had this for a long time, where I think someone is watching me like, it's normally people I know or people from my past, I just kinda imagine they're somehow watching me sometimes? I know they're not but I still get like anxious thinking they might be. It's kinda like when you think someone can read your mind in public. It makes me worried that it's delusions or something quite serious. Or if it's just anxiety & paranoia, or because I'm alone quite abit. But Whenever I have it I start stressing out that it means I have schizophrenia or something :( does anyone else have this?? Very worried about it :(

based on the ways ex-friends have acted in the past, i have the exact same delusions that they're stalking my social media or will follow me around if they knew where i worked or places i go. it makes me scared to leave the house or be alone in public. the most crippling paranoia i've ever had. my compulsions include researching things like restraining orders because of how much i fear them and begin to feel in danger. the way i deal with this is similar to ERP, trying to deconstruct the thoughts and the panic associated with them. why might they want to do that? if they did that (assumingly to scare me), what can i do about it? etc. challenging your perspective like this might help, at least a little bit. i know it's hard but there's always help available to you when you need it most, in the smallest or biggest of ways. you just have to seek it out or at the very least work to self-manage. good luck to you 🕊

Thank you for your comment! Mine is quite similar it makes me feel sick with worry. Do u know if its ocd & anxiety making u feel this way or something else? I'm aware the paranoid thoughts aren't true or real but I still get the anxiety with them and i worry that I secretly might believe them or I will in the future

fear of psy. and sci.

does anyone else have an intense fear of developing schizophrenia or psychosis. This has been a really heavy theme for me as well. I’m constantly checking to see if I have symptoms or if I’m gonna go crazy or develop these. it’s so scary.

Worried and self-conscious all the time?

I don't know how to describe it, but when i walk down the street it's like I'm always very aware of whether people are looking at me or something, and i can feel some concern if some older men slightly look at me, if they are stalkers or they are watching me because of my butt, or other parts, and i tend to squeeze it or hide it, i get uncomfortable and want to leave quickly. This also makes me question whether i actually experienced something that i'm not remembering or that i have blocked, because i think my reactions and my fears are somewhat more strong and weird. It's weird, i used to objectify myself to get attention and that's where most of the bad actions i did come from, but now it's like i feel hypervigilant, besides being afraid of being terrible myself, i also worry about other people being like that. It's also like i want to have nothing sexual, to have an operation to remove my parts or something like that

Paranoia

Paranoia… I need to know because I’m feeling very alone in this. I’ve never met someone with the level of paranoia that I have. I can logically explain things to myself and somehow my paranoia convinces me of another story. I’m constantly thinking exaggerated thoughts that there are so many scary possibilities. Am I alone in this or what? If so any suggestions on how to calm these thoughts
