I was thinking about hosting a zoom call for people who suffer with these types of OCD (as they are the ones eating me alive at the moment). I was thinking it might be a good idea talking to people in the same boat! Please comment below and I can try and get numbers together. We can fight this together!
Replying the comment above^ no there are no requirements, I am just a girl who has these sub types of OCD and wants to talk about them with people who have the same. It really helps me when I open up and talk to people, when people feel the same it’s like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!
