Got blocked by someone and now its like oh god they think I'm a horrible person 😵💫😵💫 Trying to calm myself but ugh. I tried to help ! Why was I the one to get blocked :( Did what I say seem horrible ? Do they see me as someone who is horrible ? Am I that horrible person ? Man....
People block others all the time on here. You won’t know why and sometimes it might even be by accident. But since it’s near impossible to unblock someone on here, you have to let it go. They’re just strangers and ultimately, it doesn’t matter.
@Nica Your right. It just sucks as well cause its like I'm trying to help you know ? And let them know things so its like why would you block me ? We are all in this together. But your right they are a stranger and let them believe what they want to believe. I still want to help others on here and I will continue to do so :) Thats probably more than what they've done haha. @InkJoy123 I get blocked a few times a month. You can’t help everyone and it’s their life journey they’re messing up 🤷🏻♀️ can only help so much.

@InkJoy123 It’s that or there’s a huge glitch where I can’t see a lot of people’s comments 🤣 A lot of people don’t like reading, “Seeking reassurance will not help you in the long run even though it feels good right now.” My usual response to those seeking reassurance. Or I say “maybe, maybe not” but for some reason, the first comment gets to people more.
@Nica I mean I get it. So many of us want certainty and when we don't get it, we think people are playing with us or don't take us seriously haha. So we get frustrated and mad. I mean I 100% am still a victim to it to things but at the same time I know somethings I can be uncertain about it and its alright. Thank you again for the response !! <3

@Brendan =D Someone was also freaking out on the forum so I assured them and let them know that what they did was nothing wrong, and told them like even if you did something wrong you wouldn't be the only one. Many people have done what they could have done and for them some of the times its out of their control. So I responded and I responded to someone else. But I guess maybe they blocked me because they think I did something genuinely bad and I'm that bad person ? Maybe I'm thinking too much in it but then its like, what would be the reason ?

@Brendan =D When trying to go on their thread if someone responds to what you've answered or also commented on it, it will let you know that they blocked you. So I was just like shocked really ! Like I gave you some advice, something new to learn and then bam blocked. But whatever. Welcome to the forums !

I am so scared of everything .Of my thoughts.If I am a good person.Years ago I didnt help a kid who was in danger.Since then I started to have terrible thoughts :( i am so terrified.I still have these thoughts and I am scared it means something about me .I really dont want to hurt anyone and I want to help that kid now but idk how I can now.Also I am scared I betray everyone.I still have terrible thoughts and when I am with someone I care is worse...idk why.For example I started to talk with a collegue and he is really nice to me.I told him some things abt me( not the intrusive thoughts) and he was supportive.I have no idea if I will tell anyone abt my thoughts..and bcs of that I feel like I lie to them and betray them.I really want to enjoy my life and be happy and support people( especially because I didnt help that kid then).I want to live up to my morals now but I feel like I lie and manipulate people bcs I am a monster.Is this normal? To feel this way? What can I do? What if I am my worst fear and just cant accept it?!
I have now been blocked by someone on NOCD who reassured me and comforted me... Im genuinely done... im tired... im so so tired... i dont know if they think im a P or a MAP now... Im genuinely just done... Im done believing in happiness... Im done believing that good things can happen... because even those who cared about me are blocking me on NOCD... im done... Im done...
Today I kind of snapped and I do feel bad. At Chipotle, a worker wasn’t letting me finish my order and every 2 seconds she kept saying “that’s it?” “That’s it?” Like rushing me, and I yelled, “YES, THATS IT!” I do feel bad because maybe she was having a bad day but I was also frustrated. I do regret it because I need to stay calm in situations, especially because I understand how hard it is to work in fast food, I’ve done it before. I was overwhelmed and frustrated, she kept talking over me and I couldn’t even think about what I wanted next. I’m irritated with myself but I also feel my feelings aren’t wrong, I just handled it in a negative way. Now my OCD has latched on the situation and I can’t stop thinking about it. I feel like I’m an awful person and like I need some sort of punishment, as if having OCD isn’t enough punishment. I did try to call the restaurant to apologize but no one answered. I sent an email with an apology to customer support, I’m not sure if she’ll even get it. I’m having so many ruminating and self deprecating thoughts now. I’m not a terrible person but I feel like I am
