My OCD is worst at night and early in the morning
It makes me stressed and feels like I can’t do anything about it. Early mornings I used to relax and nights I could fall asleep with ease. Now it’s like I can’t do either of those things because ocd has ruined them. I hate this disorder. Logically knowing my ocd’s theme isn’t actually a reality should be enough, and yet it isn’t. Anyone else feeling super stressed out this way?
