Hi, j know you're probably not going to see this but I'm Ind of dealing with this right now and it's making it hard to do anything cause I just keep on getting anxious about it so it's not ending. What did you do to stop it?

Hey pal, I’m gonna be completely honest with you. I just waited this one out. I was stupid and young at the time and was too scared to tell anyone about what I was going through. I’d recommend you tell a loved one or talk to someone.

@cdub7 Hi. Thank you for checking in I thought you would have forgotten about this. Im still in the same place I guess. My eyes are okay now but I've started experiencing weird racing thoughts so idk what this is but I know I'll get through it soon.

Hi , I also know that you will not see this, none of you, but I suffer from that thing at the time. Also see dark spots and have eye flashes when trying to sleep. I don't know what to do

Hmmm haven’t heard of this before...putting an ice pack over your eyes might constrict the blood vessels and thus provide the eye muscles with less nutrients needed to move, so they’re forced to slow down. If your sinuses are blocked, the mucosal passages surrounding your eyes might be putting pressure on your eyes. If that’s the case, you could try rubbing your temples, pulling your earlobes out and then tugging forcefully down (it opens the eustacian tube - 99% sure that’s the name lol - so the mucus can drain), and/or holding your breath for about 60 seconds/as long as you comfortably can (this activates a sympathetic response which causes your nasal passages to drain somewhat so that you could breathe and smell better in case of an emergency). Nasal saline rinse followed by a nasal spray could also help, as well as breathing in steam. Magnesium and valerian root are natural muscle relaxers and might be able to relax the eye muscles. Things to keep in mind: magnesium tends to be more effective if taken in drink form (dissolved in water) instead of pill form, and valerian root can interact with some antidepressants. If you’re of age and can have alcohol, a shot of vodka could also help as it is high in alcohol and thus is a potent muscle relaxer. If you have eye shades, or something like it, they could help bc it sounds like your eyes are hypersensitive and hyperactive right now. The light pressure could calm the eye nerves, and the darkness make them less reactive. If it doesn’t get better in a day or two though, it’d probably be worth going to a dr about, or maybe going to an eye dr specifically bc maybe you need glasses or have a lazy eye. Hope this helps:)
