Hey, there is a thing where people with OCD (and a few other disorders) get real feelings from imaginary scenarios. Ones that a person without OCD wouldn’t have. The thought “what if I had cheated?” would occur to them and they might feel sad thinking about it, but not after the thought goes away. With OCD, we can think about imaginary past scenarios and then really, truly get emotions like the event happened. It makes reality confusing. I would suggest looking up more information from reputable sources online and starting to employ good coping techniques whether you have an official diagnosis or not.
