Suicidal ocd had to be one of the worst themes omg đ my thoughts make me want to throw up or like I already did it which makes me sad idk why I feel guilty or sad about something I havenât done I swear I was doing good for A couple weeks but if always pops up and every time feels just as distressing
Practice exposures ! I also have this theme so I know how debilitating it can be

Sorry youâre going through this but keep in mind that you are not your thoughts. These are the intrusive thoughts presented by ocd. You can acknowledge them but you donât have to engage with them. Hope this helps you.
Uhg seriously I have like 500 suicidal intrusive thoughts a day. No joke. It is so overwhelming, and I am doing ERP but the thoughts just keep coming đ
This is my current theme and I think itâs the worst yet đŠ
It took me a while to accept that we cannot control the thoughts but we can control how we choose to react to them. Many years ago when I had this theme all I could do was try to push out my mind. That didnât work. Now I know that itâs just a symptom of ocd. I can acknowledge it but I donât have to react to it. Itâll leave on its own.
I have suicidal OCD as well. Was doing better lately, but last three days were horrible. My fear is that I wonât handle this pain and can do something to myself or what if I really want to do something. Just remember, that you are strong and this will pass. I was in recovery for 5 years!
