How divergent are you?
Weird questions : What do you have been diagnosed (or self-diagnosed) with beside OCD ? I've been diagnosed with Dyslexia, OCD and HP for now. It can be interesting to know what everyone have.

If we talking ALL the things and not just mental illnesses: multiple speeches impediments and math dyslexia. PTSD, OCD, ADD, depression, social anxiety, and GAD—though I just lump social anxiety into GAD because it isn’t a big deal anymore.
Hi Yuu! I been diagnosed with ADHD and General Anxiety Disorder. The ADHD and OCD combined make it a little chaotic in my head sometimes.
@RuminationStation OCD and ADHD are such a crazy tag team lol. They make getting things done so hard
@mothmanda Lol OCD: “You must do this thing right now or you won’t be able to function for a week.” ADHD: “But like…. We should hyperfocus on this other thing for four days instead….”
@RuminationStation Lolololol they just keep ping-ponging
@mothmanda Lol struggle of my life. I didn’t realize the two of them together was that bad until I started to fully understand them both. And then it was like “Oh, that’s why I haven’t been able to fold my laundry for a week, but have been simultaneously freaking tf out about it? Cool. Great.”
Social anxiety, GAD, OCD and depression because of my OCD
@Remz My depression also stems from my ocd . It’s not just general depression but rather depressive stages within ocd ruminating days :( I used to have severe depression though at younger age due to traumatic event . But as of now I wouldn’t say I have it .
@Brian :) Yeah I’m the same - if I’m feeling depressed then there’s always a reason for it rather than just feeling depressed and not knowing why
Autism, ADHD, OCD, MDD, GAD, mild Tourette’s, parasomnia. I’m always interested to hear about people’s other diagnoses too since they sometimes have correlations. I feel like mine do.
CPTSD, Social Anxiety, Maladaptive Daydreaming, and (used to be not anymore) childhood depression
OCD, social anxiety, and possible ED

@k0803 How did you receive ur diagnosis on eating disorder ? I think I might have it
@k0803 Thank you
ocd, bpd, bi polar disorder
I think we have to separate our OCD from our personality in order to treat it properly, yet at the same time some people say it's neurodivergent. And thats more accepting view, like when people say autism is just a different way of looking at things. But OCD makes you miserable so how can it be part of neurodivergent?
so. oh lord. half my ocd symptoms could be autism. (not that im looking for a triple diagnosis including adhd, its just interesting to explore) this little ol rabbit hole started with my friend, who happens to be autistic and passionate about how their own condition works, when they started slowly easing the convo into an autism screening and by the time i realized what he was doing it was “oh my god ur kinda right i might be wrong for denying all this time that i could have autism” always thought my experience with texture/sensory as a toddler (and now) was ocd, because thats mainly what made adults call me ocd, more blatant ocd signs aside (such as touching things “just right”, ordering items etc) wondered why i was like that when theres not even a *direct* link between ocd and sensory issues (not the same as somatic ocd) thought i just happen to be an extremely sensitive person since i was born, now realizing that couldve been a sign of autism, along side many more “quirks” ive always had anyone with autism and ocd that can tell me what their experience is like? what about when u were children? especially if u snuck under the radar until u were older, my parents have said only a few times in the moment that i remind them of an autistic kid but dont think i have it
Hi guys, This is my first post on here, as I’ve been scared to be vulnerable in this way. I’ve had a lifelong journey of mental health, diagnosed with a myriad of things, and misdiagnosed with others. When I got diagnosed with OCD, things started to click and treatment has been going well. There’s still a disconnect, things I do that are different than others and aren’t compulsion or obsession related. The reason I’m posting is to ask if anyone has been diagnosed with OCD/Autism and how you navigated that comorbidity. Thank you to anyone who shares
