Describe your thoughts with emojis
When you have OCD, it might be hard to open up about some of your scary, intrusive thoughts. Certain images, words, or phrases can be particularly triggering, especially if they remind you of your OCD subtype or theme. That's why we're challenging all of you to describe your scary, unwanted thoughts in the comments - using only 3 emojis. That way, you can push yourself outside of your comfort zone while still letting others know that they aren't alone.
