I know its out of ocd/ mental health content.... But has someone here had any experience with this?? I would like to listen as this is something bothering me... And i feel like i have telepathy with someone... Or have i just gone mad... I don't know the weird things happening with me is so scary....
Well telepathy is not as crazy as it’s made out to be. I actually do know someone who communicates this way with animals. I have seen her work and used her to help our dog so I do know it to be true. I don’t have any advice, just wanted to give you some positivity.
Tnx but i do not have that power to do with certain someone i want.... I didn't even know about telepathy lol... Some weird things are happening and i think i might have some connection with someone... I have not developed it.... It's natural actually supernatural i guess i don't know how where did it come from..... I'm just suspecting this still can't say it for sure....and neither i can't shake the weird things and feelings I'm experiencing..... I have never experienced something like this before... So to me it's just very weird and a lil scary lol....... I think the only way to know that if my suspection is real or not that is to ask the person if they feel the same or not...... But currently i have lost any type of communication with them.... And tbh ever since they gone these weird things happening...... And i sometimes wonder that is it all really telepathy or i have just got another mental disease 🤦♀️
I thought I had it, but it turned out to be psychosis. I even misheard people and believed they were talking about me everywhere. Reality checking and L-methylfolate sorted that out. Learn reality checking first and try to verify your experience with others.
This is why I'm Scared what if I'm just going mad.... I haven't had experiences like psychosis but i don't know why but it's happening a lot i smile subconsciously.....i don't know what's happening why happening........ Is this any real connection or I'm mad..... But i haven't had those psychosis type experience like hearing voices.... Feeling like someone there....... Those types of thing didn't happen.... And sometimes i felt like i was experiencing someone else's emotion.... I don't know why but it felt like that.... Like i was well at a moment then a sudden depressive sadness overwhelmed me.... My friend said not to think overmuch it was just mood swing.... I know mood swings are like that.... But you know there's a thing called intuition... I don't know why but my my intuition deeply said it wasn't my emotion.... And one day i experienced a strong emotion and i said that they were feeling the same.... I meant by saying that it just came out from my mouth.... Much like i subconsciously said that... I don't even know why i said that...... And i even had other weird physical sensations like Strong sudden Goosebumps for Nothing..... And sudden burning sensation on skin... But i found out that those can happen for Anxiety....... But i still don't know about the other weird experiences..... Why did those occur.... Is there something supernatural or I have Just Gone Mad.......... I don't know..... And the worst thing is i can't even know.... And upon that these weird things just keep happening........
@Have Some Chocolate 🍫 Those things all happened to me too. Start by not calling yourself mad, crazy, or any other pejorative term. You are not your experience. You're trying to problem solve in a way that emotionally driving you into the ground (that's your OCD engaging in rumination). At first I thought my experience was religious. But I started to talk to a therapist about it, and she provided me all sorts of tools to level out without medication. I'd suggest you engage with this and avoid offers to go into a hospital if they arise, because the experience will completely disrupt your life. Be conservative, and discern what is actually going on before making any move.
@MSR72 Also, any form of caffeine seems to add homocysteine to the system, of which excess can cause hallucinations. So I'd recommend taking a break from chocolate too.
@MSR72 Well that is the thing I'm not able to.... discerning the thing.... And lol 😂 tho i like chocolates but i don't eat them too much it's just my username... I just randomly used this username.... And yes this caffeine thing i have already limited caffeine after knowing that it can worsen anxiety and those things.... But i still intake caffeine now sometimes as i used to intake it before cause of keeping me awake at night for work.... And i also loved coke.... But after knowing the bad effects of caffeine i stopped drinking coke but i still have to intake caffeine sometimes for the sake of Work......
@MSR72 And i had more weird things occurring for Anxiety such as feeling of crawling some insects on skin that actually wasn't there.. And i even visually hallucinated some few times so i suspected that for Schizophrenia..... I posted here if those can be a sign of Schizophrenia but Someone told me that those can happen just for anxiety and a therapist then told that people with Schizophrenia don't even realize that they have schizophrenia.... So most likely i don't have.... Then i was like reassured of that that i don't have schizophrenia and it's for anxiety... So don't have to worry.... But this thing now.... God Knows what it is.... What do you think am i just experiencing Psychosis?? I mean what it seems like to you.... I mean I'm asking this cause I'm so confused..... I mean how much chances are there for it to be psychosis......
@Have Some Chocolate 🍫 Those symptoms you described sound like different forms of psychosis. I'm honestly not sure what can trigger it, but I have been under a lot of stress mixed in with grief, which is what caused my episode. Really recommend you ask your therapist about it. They are trained and if they don't know they are really good at finding the correct resources to help. Just be conservative in what you do, but don't be fearful. Lots of people go through this.

@Have Some Chocolate 🍫 I swear I am going through the same thing. Like I had an experience with 2 of my friends on 🍄’s and we all felt as if consciousness was an ocean and we were all swimming in it and we could literally communicate telepathically in some indescribable manner that we still don’t understand to this day lol. I think/ am sure that since we have ocd and we tend to ruminate and obsess over the smallest things and are already questioning ourselves too much therefore makes us react so negatively to spiritually transformative experiences. This isn’t something to fear though. One of my absolute favorite YouTubers James English who is a bodybuilder that also is very spiritually connected to the universe that I came across years ago by the law of attraction has spoke about this SAME experience but on 🍄’s as well. His podcast is called mogcast and it’s the episode where they talk about psychedelics. him and a few buddies had a similar thing to where the could answer questions in eachothers minds. Fascinating stuff we hyperdimensional beings experience lmao.
Does anyone else deal with a psychic ability with OCD ? It comes to me in visions thoughts and voices and a lot of the times I am correct on them just curious if that's my OCD or not??
Recently ive had ocd thoughts that are really weird and make no sense (they sound like thoughts that someone would have if they were in physcosis eg. What if trump can communicate with you through your head) like what??? Sometimes it feels like i believe it??? Which stresses me out and im constantly worried that im going through physcosis since i sort of belive it? I know deep down its ridiculous but it almost feels like i believe it?? Im scared. Like sometimes im calm with the thought. Im like oh okay maybe. Then sometimes my brain tries to imagine him like talking to me through my head??? Am i going through physcosis.??
please i need someone to share experiences... - that a certain facial expression of a person to whom ocd is attached causes a lot of thoughts that are connected to that facial expression, and that the images in your head are very detailed, and that they have a sound, words, and that you have a feeling of some kind of crawling from the groin all over your body?
