Physical symptoms
How do you guys get past the physical symptoms that the anxiety brings on? Every day I have them and it’s beyond triggering for me. I get a lot of chest pain and I’m constantly thinking I’m having a heart attack and going to die. I have had it checked out in the past and it always leads back to my anxiety but i feel like I can’t take it anymore. If it’s not a heart attack I’m fearing, it’s cancer or another terminal illness. Every. Single. Day. 😭
