Since I am not a psychiatrist I cannot make specific recommendations for medications... however... I have seen that medication can be an effective treatment for OCD when paired with Exposure and Response Prevention(ERP). "For the people who benefit from medication, they usually see their OCD symptoms reduced by 40-60%" and working with an ERP specialist we often see a reduction of 35% or more of your OCD symptoms when you're in the right treatment protocol. For any medication to be effective, they must be taken regularly and as directed by your doctor. The best bet would be to talk to a prescriber who can work with you on finding the best medication regiment for your specific needs. Here is a great resource for medication information and OCD https://iocdf.org/about-ocd/ocd-treatment/meds/ Hope this helps!

Yea I take different meds for ocd/anxiety and I’d say they help. Make sure to speak up and tell them if a certain med doesn’t really help so u can get the best meds that work for you
