Remember OCD wants you to feel that way. Perfect ERP would be to tell OCD: you're wrong, I'm even more terrible than you say so nothing you say can make me feel any worse.

I think it is OCD. OCD makes you think you're a bad person even though you're not. It gives you terrible thoughts that you don't want. You're right, there definitely could be something else going on, but I think you also have bad OCD. Probably more like pure-O. If at all possible, I think you really need to see a therapist. I'm not a professional in any way. But you have to be honest to them when you see a therapist. That's the only way they can help you. I don't know how much more I can help you since I'm not a therapist. Some are pretty cheap. There are even some that are online so you don't have to meet them in person. Even free apps that use a bot for a therapist might help, it's worth a try. ❤️❤️
