Sounds good 😌. I just weighed myself, I need to work on my fitness a little better , I just discovered I am 6 pounds heavier than what would be better for me . I ate a really good pizza 🍕 yesterday large quantity, that did not help with the weigh in of today , LOL . I try to weigh myself 3 times a week. You reap what you sow of how you take care of yourself mentally and physically and emotionally.😊

Sure will . Please stay in touch. I will let you know about Pennyroyal. I have one elderly cat 🐱 that I had since she was a little kitten , she is 12 now 😊🐱. On here I have blocked about 3 or 4 people , I know I haven’t blocked Pennyroyal, she as always been great , really uplifting correspondence with her.

Every time I am tired or couldn't sleep or the wetter is ughhhh like these last few days (no end to the rain) I feel energyless, so tired, can't focus and just overindulge on sweets and anything at hand. I need to stop this. Thank you. You have 6 pounds to loose. I have 20 - 25 pounds to make disappear. 😵‍💫🤐😱. I don't know how old you are, but you're sure smarter than me. I know all that as well. Here is what I do for my weight goal to be realistic and not to rigid for myself. If my ideal weight goal was 173 I would go for 2 pounds under to 2 pounds over , to give myself a acceptable weight range to work with of 171 to 175 .

Yes, that is smart. I need to develop a habit of exercising regularly. I go it for a few days, give up, take it up again, give up,... Excuses,... Hmmm.

Personally, I like to think walking with wearing a little pedometer to keep track of steps goal for the day and very light weight lifting twice a week.

Hi. I will stay in touch. Great about your cat. I feel the love I give my cats they give me back 100 of times more. They are life saviors. When ocd strikes, my cats help me fight back. 😸 Me too. I have a new phone. I still don't know exactly what I'm doing when using it. I have made a mistake when I blocked 1 person. Unintentionally. But I don't remember blocking Penny. I adored her energy, her posts. GIFs. I would never block her in purpose Ubtil she's back, we can lift each other up 🍀😻😄
