Hi it’s Friday!
Is there anything that you’re proud of/happy with that has happened in your life in the last week? Please share, would be happy to hear!

I showed up for my daughter’s last day of school program this morning. I was crawling out of my skin and felt this overwhelming urgency to leave but I forced myself to stay til it was over. I feel like I ran a marathon but I showed up.
@October12 That is what she will remember! That you showed up, sometimes it is hard to show up for ourselves even sometimes. But it sounds like regardless of the circumstances you are a fighter!
Yes! My first single was approved and will be released on the 7th of June! It’s my first real original song and I’m so excited !
@OneTwoThreeOCD Beautiful! What kind of music do you make?
@hi.im.mol My first song is alternative but I’m working on a punk song and a pop one 😅
@OneTwoThreeOCD Congratulations and I wish you the best of luck in your musical adventure!
Love this post! This week we have our production/show week which we’ve been rehearsing for all year but I was barely functioning at the start of the year and honestly didn’t think I’d get this far but here we are after several months of treatment yayyy.
@Thunder_cloud I am so happy to hear this for you! That you are making it through recovery, and from what I am reading— doing something you wanted to be! Is this a specific production/show for yourself + friends or something else? You don’t have to share if it’s too personal but regardless I’m happy to hear this for you!
@hi.im.mol It’s our school production this year as I’m in my final year of school!
I started therapy and I’ve had one of the best weeks I’ve had in months 🥰🥰
@MT1899 That is so wonderful to hear! It seems like it would feel great to say that! I hope your weeks continue to become better!
I've gone out with friends in some way every day this week which has been very beneficial. Finally had times that I actually enjoy myself.
@Mindpocket That sounds superb! Did you do anything out of the ordinary, or just quality time with friends?
I found a therapist that specializes in both trauma and ERP! I also started taking supplements for my OCD that I was afraid to take before and I think they're helping. The future is looking up 🙏
@Mama_m02 That is splendid!!! It’s so hard to find a two-fer sometimes but having a single point person for your mental health as a whole is wonderful + hard to come by! I’m delighted to read + hear that the future is looking up for you!
Aw, what an encouraging post ☺️ My OCD has been a little louder than usual this week but I’m dealing with it very well! I hope you’re having a good week too :)
@dirholly I’m back and forth but happy to hear you’ve been dealing with it well! Life is strange for me right now, but better than it was so that’s a good statement to make! I hope you are having a good week!
I got a visit from my Mom, she lives out of State, and went for walks with her all week. She met my therapist for the first time. I gave her a few hugs all week.
@Marco89 That sounds therapeutic to spend time with your mom, and also let her into some more personal things with you. I hope you have big long lasting hugs and enjoyed your walks!
What’s one small win or act of bravery you’ve had this week, even if it felt really hard? **OCD recovery isn’t about perfection—it's about progress, even if it's tiny. Maybe you delayed a compulsion by 30 seconds. Maybe you showed up here today to express you struggles or support others. These are wins, and they matter. Let’s celebrate them together.
What did you do today to work on managing your OCD? All wins/accomplishments are welcome to be posted! :-)
I’ve seen wayyyy too many negative posts on here (I totally get it)…but can someone please share some positive experiences? Doesn’t have to be so grand, it could be just that you achieved a small goal with your ocd! I don’t want to continue feeling drowned by this debilitating disorder. I want to see what has helped some of you! So we can all encourage each other! 😊
