Hi! You’re not alone.’ panic is the worst especially when it feels never-ending. Not to trigger you, but At the end of the day if your body’s stress response is to throw up, you may. Throwing up is the worst, but after it passes everything is fine. Try to do deep breathing(I know this is sucky advice), or try counting down while deep breathing.

@Anonymous. I wasn’t finished typing but, I know personally I don’t have a fear of throwing up, so I’m sorry that I can’t completely understand but I have fears of lots of other things like ⚠️ fear of having an eating disorder and thanatophobia which is fear of death and stuff like that. I’m not sure how it’s treated but I imagine exposure therapy. I’m sorry your going through this :(

@Anonymous. i understand. I’m 19 and I always thought it was my anxiety until I recently got diagnosed with ocd. It’s the worst thing to ever go through especially when it attaches on to our biggest fears.

@Anonymous. Right! Having fear of inevitable and uncontrollable stuff is the worst because you have to learn to deal with it which is hard
