Did the ultimate ERP but feeling low

I still don’t drive highways so congratulations!!! You did it. You should be so proud of yourself. My bf thinks I’m silly for not doing highways. I don’t think other people understand how big of an accomplishment it is. I drove to Dunkin’ Donuts one time which was on a double lane road, I bring it up everytime I go past and my bf thinks it’s so dumb. I’m like I’ll never ever do it again but i did it one time and I’m proud!

Awesome job! You took a fear, felt it, and did the task in spite of it. This will prove beneficial in many ways. Give it time and trust that you're going in the right direction. I too am sorry this wasn't acknowledged better by others but give yourself credit - that's who really matters when you're dealing with things important to you. Others just can't quite get it but this was a huge success - congrats again 😊

Congrats and great job. Ocd will sometimes respond to a success in erp with worrying about doing less well next time or trying to get you with more anxiety. You did great. Don’t listen to the ocd. I’m sorry those close to you did not acknowledge this huge success - I would feel down too if I made such great progress and it was ignored.
