Not refering to your values over microdosing, just feel you should at least consider two factors:
1. Tbh, if you're considering taking drugs for a treatment (yeah, including traditional meds here, you should always be guided by a professional, who is impartial and follows your overall health through the treatment, who regulates your dosis, evolution and you feel secure enough to talk about possible side effects, doubts, insecurities, and so on. So, a professional, expert for a treatment, never alone.
That leads to the 2th point:
2. However long historically fungis are used & consumed by humans, microdosing therapies are very new (and that depends a bit in what country you live), what means that legal research & investigations (in medicine, psychology, biology, ...) with therapeutic focus might be very, veryy new. So the information and discoveries around it usage in therapy, side effects, effectiveness in the long run & more might be much less and concrete (robust, tested, idk) than meds that are studied since 40-60+ years ago. So you might be at risk of trying something that is still uncertain or testing it in the go.
This might depend a lot on the technology and development of your country, take that in mind. If you decide to try it, please take in consideration having a professional who knows very well of it and their implications.
PS: As a recommendation, please don't go consuming stuff that you find outside and are not sure of π
